Nobody from First Baptist Gonzales will ever make you give money to the church. That is not the type of church or organization we are. I am not the type of pastor who is looking at how much people give; I don’t know anyone’s tithes and offerings. You don’t have to give anything to be part of FBCG.

But you should want to give. You should be excited to give toward what is happening at FBCG. The Kingdom of God is growing and active because of the work of our church. And we cannot do that work without financial resources. I want you to be excited and cheerful to give because you know that God will bless that money and use it for the building of His Kingdom. The money you give is like a seed that God plants in the ground, and a plant blooms. From that seed, something far greater comes to life. That is how God uses the money you give. Praise be to God that he can make the money we give to Him do far greater things than we could do with the money ourselves.
